Lilah has a PhD in Clinical Biochemistry from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Beer Sheva, Israel. She has expertise in animal models, translational psychiatry, biochemistry and bioinformatics. Her PhD focused on animal models of psychiatric disorders, and her postdoc was in the Pavlidis lab, University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada, developing approaches for cell composition estimation from brain transcriptomics data, and their applications for human brain disorders. Her current focus is assessment of epigenetic changes in neurodegenerative disorders and normal aging, and establishment of cell composition estimation approaches from multiple omics modalities.
