SENIOR RESEARCHER
Frank Riemer leads the neuroimaging research in the DECODE-PD group. He completed his PhD in Neuroscience at the Queen Square Institute of Neurology, University College London (UCL), UK, where where he concentrated on the development and application of 23Na-MRI for the investigation of Multiple Sclerosis.
Following his PhD, he pursued postdoctoral research at the Department of Radiology at the University of Cambridge, UK, specializing in 23Na-MRI and hyperpolarized 13C. He is recognized as an expert in the field of multinuclear MRI techniques.
